Greedy and no allegiance to their customers!! In March 2023, I took my car in for oil change and it got totaled while in the garage. Knocked off lift by a runaway golf cart. I was a loyal customer to this dealership since 2007 and they wouldn’t even offer me an acceptable deal on a replacement car. Offered only to sell me a car at “cost”. Greedy and lack good customer service. They do not care about the customer, only their profits. Chad Holderfield is a greedy man!!! I’ll never give these crooks a penny of my money again….

Devonta Harrison was the Best!!! I do not like car shopping at all! Devonta was amazing and made it all seem so easy. Dishonest, like to humiliate there costumers. Stand behind walls act like working on a deal and there not. Donta Harrison not a honest person. Don't recommend them to anyone. Lot more to the story. Not enough space.

Called serevice dept to ask if the steering coupler on my '13 SantaFe was covered by warrenty. Provided milage etc and after a time to check, was told that it was covered. Made an appointment to have the steering coupler replaced, waited two hours and was told that it was not covered, but given an itemized bill for needed repairs of $ 1054. Previously had the steerring coupler replaced in another Hyundai, for $201 at an independent repair shop. These folks are apparently desperate. Will not buy another car from them!

Was sold a car they damaged in transport. No issue there - but they have made no attempts to resolve the issue, or find a replacement. As a result it’s been 2 months since we’ve paid for a car and when we get updates we’re told that they can’t control maintenance and said we could ask the maintenance shop how the repairs are going. The maintenance shop had been waiting weeks to hear back from the dealership to begin repair work.

I took my 2012 Tucson in to have the Intake Manifold Control Runner repaired. It was stuck in the closed position. This slimy dealership recommended replacing the whole intake manifold system. They said that un-sticking this could lead to other issues. After research this was simply untrue and unnecessary. It would have cost $1200! And they charged $112 to diagnosis the issue which I told them when I pulled up (we have a FixIt device that already diagnosed the problem). So they charged me $112 to tell me something I already knew. A rip off and dishonest. DO NOT USE! Go to a local mechanic if you want quality, fast, and reliable service.

Lookedfor a few weeks for a 2020 Palisade SEL loaded, with AWD. Called Devonte in Pinehurst. He called back said he could get the car I wanted from another dealer. Car was exactly what I wanted - SEL with all options including AWD. Being Red Burgundy was a bonus. We negotiated a deal (straight sale, cash).and they demanded $1,000 deposit, paid with MCard. I wondered how they could get a car from a dealer when a nearby dealer and one in another state said dealers wouldn't let them go. I expected the car in two days - 4 days later no car. Then he called, said he had a logistics problem, it may take another week. Drove the 50 miles so I could confront him. When I arrived a Red Burgundy SEL was in the showroom. Devonte finally admitted he couldn't get the car, BUT right beside me was this SEL, but not AWD. At that point I wouldn't buy a hubcap from Pinehurst Hyundai. Finally found one at Bob Mayberry in Monroe. May have paid a few dollars more, but they treated me with respect, not like I was an old fool. I finally got my deposit back a week later after contacting the general manager.

Poor service they took a long time on my vehicle and did not fix my recall properly. If you have a Hyundai please take your Vehicle to Bob Mayberry in Monroe. Rhus dealership inspected my vehicle the 23rd of December gave me a passing report and was going to charge me for a airbag light. Two weeks later I'm on the side of the road for something they missed. Please take your Vehicle elsewhere. Bob Mayberry were super professional and I received a brand new motor under warranty. This place is scrappy. The service manager Chris is a fake and act like he care when he doesn't.

Moved from Northeast where Hyundai dealerships are dedicated to Hyundai vehicles and top notch customer service. Pinehurst Huyndai is NOT that type of dealership - it's an older Toyota dealership with service bays and a newer Hyundai dealership with no service bays. Cramped service bays, short staffed, no Hyundai parts stocked, weaving through overpacked parking lot is ridiculous, do not fully listen to customer issues and/or don't get entire issue into computer correctly. Been in three times for issue that's still not fully fixed and they left dirty handprints on my driver's interior door panel on two visits. They could not understand my displeasure after dropping car off last three Fridays and picking up on Saturdays (420 miles between my car and husband's to pick me up). I told them EXACTLY what is needed, they order wrong part for second trip that did not fix issue (not part that I suggested was issue), it needed two of the same part (that is part I suggested) but only ordered one for third trip. They didn't bother doing a basic 10-second double check to know issue wasn't fully fixed. They will never see my vehicle again - I'll make the trip to Concord from now on.

Chris was tentative and answer all questions in regards to the vehicle that o purchased. He was professional and knowledgeable and he answered all my questions and concerns. I will definitely be back to buy another vehicle when it’s time.

Excellent selection of vehicles. Employees were very helpful. Price on the car was very good. I was considering buying a Chevy Cruze or a Toyota Carolla but I'm glad I got the Elantra from Pinehurst Hyundai.
