Hurricane Ian Assurance Programs

Hyundai has announced new programs to help residents of select areas of Florida whose vehicles were damaged or lost in Hurricane Ian, and for owners residing in select areas of Florida who need help during this program period. We at Pinehurst Hyundai are also ready to help navigate these programs and assist in this difficult time.

Hurricane Ian Buyer Assurance Program

Hurricane Ian 1,000 Cash Rebate + No Payments for 90 Days*
Eligible individuals for the Buyer Assurance Program include:

• Customers owned or leased a vehicle damaged by Hurricane Ian
• Customers purchase an eligible new or unused Model Year 2022-2023 Hyundai vehicle
  from a participating Hyundai dealership.
• Customers take delivery of vehicles within the program period.
• Plus, well-qualified customers who finance their APR purchase through Hyundai Motor
  Finance may be eligible for a 90 day first payment deferral.
• Program period of October 7, 2022 through January 3, 2023.

Hurricane Ian Owner Assurance

Up to $500 deductible relief cash**
Eligible individuals for the Owner Assurance Program include:

• Hyundai will cover your vehicle insurance deductible up to $500
• Eligible Hyundai owners must have purchased or leased a new Hyundai vehicle (which
  was damaged by Hurricane Ian) between September 1, 2019 – September 30, 2022, and
  live in select areas of southwest Florida impacted by Hurricane Ian
• Hyundai Motor Finance may be able to provide financial hardship support options to
  affected, current customers, who can contact Hyundai Motor Finance at (800) 523-4030.
• Extended availability of towing/roadside assistance
• Program Period: October 1, 2022 through January 3, 2023.
• For every new Hyundai vehicle sold during the month of October, Hyundai will donate $50
  to local charities in support of Hurricane Ian relief efforts.

*In order to qualify for the Hurricane Ian Buyer Assurance cash rebate on new purchases of MY 22-23 Hyundai vehicles at Hyundai dealers (located in FL, AL, GA, SC, MS and TN), the customer must have owned or leased a vehicle damaged by Hurricane Ian beginning on September 28, 2022 and must provide a letter from their insurance company clearly identifying the vehicle make and model, amount of damage incurred on the vehicle and proof that the vehicle damage sustained was a result of Hurricane Ian beginning on September 28, 2022. Trade-in not required. 90 day deferred first payment available only on new purchases of MY 22-23 Hyundai vehicles at Hyundai dealers (located in FL, AL, SC, MS and
TN)_ and financed through Hyundai Motor Finance to well-qualified buyers. Finance charges begin to accrue from the contract date. Down payment may be required. Subject to Hyundai Motor Finance credit approval. Not all customers will qualify. This offer may be combined with other offers. See your HyundaiDealer for details. ** In order to qualify for Hurricane Ian Owner Assurance, the customer must have purchased or leased a new Hyundai or Genesis vehicle within the last three years and must provide a letter from their insurance company clearly identifying the vehicle make and model, amount of damage incurred on the vehicle, amount of deductible, and proof that the vehicle damage sustained was a result of Hurricane Ian. Insurance deductible support is limited to the amount of the deductible or $500, whichever is less. Qualifying customers must provide proof of residence in select areas in the state of Florida as determined by Hyundai Motor North America in its sole discretion. Three year limitation and Florida residence requirement do not apply to HMF/GF financial hardship relief. Towing/roadside assistance is subject to limitations and availability, as determined by Hyundai Motor North America in its sole discretion. Trade-in not required.
